Mat Ninjas program (3 – 5 years)

Our Mat Ninjas program (3 – 5 years) have exploded. I guess we can put that down to the years of martial arts experience and latest sport science that our instructors impart to our members. At 3, 4 & 5 years of age, kids are taking in the world and activities at a rapid rate. We purposely nurture that curiosity, care for their emotional wellbeing and empower their self-confidence. We encourage their spirit and desire to learn and grow as a positive healthy way to approach life.

  • Non-stop Fun and Learning.

  • Fundamental physical activity and fitness.

  • Age-appropriate Martial Art skills development.

Classes develop the core skills of:

  • Physical movement

  • Safe falling

  • Jumping

  • Balance

  • Contact awareness.

  • Age-appropriate self-defence

  • Age-appropriate stranger danger discussions

Balance and Posture – For many 3-5-year-olds, one of the skill sets that is often overlooked, but needs constant work and attention is balance and posture… basic skills necessary for almost any activity. Poor posture leads to cramped organs, improper breathing, and a whole host of other unhealthy bodily expressions.

They will gain better concentration, self-confidence, good team play and socialization skills in a game structured environment filled with fun and laughter. Give them a kick start with active movement and community values in a mind & body positive environment with Instructors that have taught children for more than 30 years.

Please Note: The purpose of these classes is to teach skills, not discipline poor behaviour. Children need to be able follow & listen to instructions. Parents must remain present throughout the entire class so you can learn and interact with them. It is a ZERO technology learning space, and each class group is small for quality learning and individual paced development.

This Martial Arts school Centre serves the suburbs of:Yarraman, Upper Yarraman, Blackbutt, Blackbutt North, Tarong, Cooyar, South Nanago, Southeast Nanago, Teelah, Taromeo, Benarkin North, Cherry Creek, Gilla, Googa Creek, Mount Binga and beyond.
