To save Confusion- This art of study consists of 70% upright skills (Tae Kwon Do / Karate / Kickboxing / Boxing & Weaponry) & 30% Ground skills (Ju Jitsu / MMA)
Learn Tae Kwon Do, boxing, kickboxing, ground defence and wrestling, hands-on self defence and fundamental combat skills along with social skills, respect and self-confidence and discipline. Hand techniques, kicking techniques, passive and aggressive (age appropriate) styles of realistic self defence, weapons defence (age appropriate), drill work skill sets, focus mitts, shield work, fight science and much more.
We have been teaching since 1984.
