💋 Our women’s only classes are to teach you real Kickboxing skills while putting you through a great workout!
Our Thai Boxing/kickboxing class for ladies will focus on teaching you how to Punch, Kick, Knee, Elbow + a lot more. Kickboxing is a complete body workout with special emphasis on improving Cardio and Strength.
💋 Every class has a different focus so that it remains fun and interesting, you also leave every session feeling a little more confident from your new skills. Our classes are designed as smaller PT style sessions, so your trainers can work with your personally, having you motivated, interested and picking up some valuable self defence skills.
✅ Mrs Nicole Winters trains our ladies on Mon & Wed mornings 9:30-10:30am
✅ Mr Ferlito trains our ladies and teens on Wednesdays Evening at 7-8pm.
🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊 Come along whenever you are ready for a $10 trial class no obligation. Please arrive 15mins before class to complete a health questionnaire form. Wear comfy clothes to move around in, and we do train in bare feet. Bring a drink bottle with you and we will look after the rest. Under 18yrs, a parent will need to complete a health questionnaire form for you the first time you visit.
We have attached time table & price list. The PIT Crew will work out the best value package for you. We have been teaching & coaching the Macarthur Community since 1984 - 😀we look forward to meeting you.
