6 weeks Boxing & Kickboxing


Kick and punch your way into 2021 with a great community of passionate training mates that love the skills and fitness of Boxing & Kickboxing. Be coached and trained. This is not a boxercise or kickboxing for fitness class...you will actually learn how-to! >>>6-week coaching starts Monday 15th Feb at 7pm and runs through to and including Wednesday, 31st March >>>Boxing Classes Mon & Wed 7-8pm >>>Kickboxing Classes Mon & Wed 7:30-8:30pm >>>For men women & teens 14yrs & above. Please arrive 15mins before the class starts to complete a health questionnaire form. Wear comfy clothes to move around in, and we do train in bare feet. Bring a drink bottle filled with water with you and we will look after the rest. Under 18yrs, a parent will need to complete a health questionnaire form for you the first time you visit. We are a tech-free training Centre for the peace of mind and privacy of our members, therefore no phone or tech use allowed in the Office or PIT dojo. We are a Covid-safe Gym with protocols in place. Please don't visit us if you are not feeling well, we have our community to look after. The PIT Crew will look after you. We are keen to coach and train, not just entertain! We have been teaching & coaching the Macarthur Community since 1984 - we look forward to meeting you
